Her proven experience spans Private, Corporate and Public Trust Administration, Structured Finance, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial administration.

A qualified lawyer, she holds an LLB from Rivers State University and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (Lagos). She is also an active professional member of both the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN) and the Committee of Chief Compliance Officers of the Capital Market Operators in Nigeria (CCCOCIN).
